Get Reviews Overview & Setup Guide
Get Reviews helps you generate more patient reviews and manage all your review-related communication from one dashboard — whether you automate the process or handle it manually.
Getting Started
When you sign up for Get Reviews, our team configures most of your account for you — connecting your Google Business Profile, setting up your review request workflow, and importing existing subscribers if needed.
One part needs you directly: setting up your texting number. Since it involves identity verification and business registration (a carrier requirement for text messaging, not anything specific to us), we’ll schedule a quick call to walk you through it together.
Once setup is complete, you’re ready to start generating reviews. If you’d like to adjust any settings down the road, just contact our team.
Already have patients in your dashboard you’d like reviews from? We can run a one-time review request campaign using your existing subscribers. Contact your DMS or our Support Team to get started.
Quick note on terms: when you add a patient to your website dashboard, they’re called a “subscriber.” Once they sync over to Get Reviews, you’ll see that same person listed as a “Contact.” Same person, just a different name depending on which side you’re looking at them from.
Sending Review Requests
Most practices let this run on its own. When a new patient is added to your dashboard as a subscriber, they automatically sync to Get Reviews and enter your review request workflow — getting a request by SMS, email, or both, depending on what contact info is on file.
Prefer more control? You can also send requests manually to individual patients at any time.

Conversations
All your review-related communication lives in one place — SMS, review responses, and Facebook or Instagram messages (depending on your setup) — so you can stay organized and respond quickly.

Responding to Reviews
Engage with reviewers directly from your dashboard to build trust and show patients you care about their experience.
AI Review Agents (included with every subscription) can respond on your behalf — many practices use AI for positive reviews and respond personally to negative ones.
