⭐ Managing Conversations

Conversations brings all your patient communication into one inbox — instead of switching between platforms, you can view and respond to messages from every connected channel in one place.

  1. Log in to Get Reviews.
  2. Click Conversations from the left-hand navigation menu.

What Appears in Conversations?
Depending on your account setup, Conversations may include SMS messages, email, Google Business Profile messages, Google review replies, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram DMs.

Note: available channels depend on which services are connected to your account.

Viewing Communication History

Conversations are organized by contact — so if a patient has messaged you through more than one channel, their history is combined into a single timeline. That means you can see everything you’ve discussed with them without switching between platforms.

Searching for Conversations

Use the search bar to find a contact or message by name, phone number, email, or keyword.

Responding to Messages

You can reply directly from Conversations without leaving Get Reviews — to any connected channel. Messages appear in chronological order, so the full conversation history is easy to follow.

Unread Conversations & Notifications
Get Reviews highlights unread conversations and shows unread counts, so you can quickly spot anything that needs your attention.

Tip: Even if you mainly use Get Reviews for review generation, Conversations is a handy way to keep an eye on incoming messages and review-related communication in one place.
