Get Reviews makes it easy to request feedback from your patients through automated review requests or manual review requests.
Whether you prefer a hands-off approach or want more control over when requests are sent, Get Reviews gives you flexible options to help generate more patient reviews.
Automated Review Requests
Most practices choose to automate their review requests.
When a new patient is added to your website dashboard as a subscriber, they can automatically sync to Get Reviews and enter your review request workflow.
Depending on your account settings, review requests can be sent by:
- SMS
- SMS and email together
If both a phone number and an email address are available for the subscriber, they can receive requests through both channels.
Automated review request workflows are configured during onboarding and managed by our team. If you would like to update your automated workflow timing, follow-up schedule, or request settings, contact our Support Team or your Digital Marketing Specialist (DMS).
Sending a Manual Review Request
Manual review requests allow you to request feedback from individual patients or selected groups of patients whenever needed.
Review requests can be sent by:
- SMS
- SMS and Email together
You can also edit the message before sending and choose from several pre-built templates.
Option 1: Send a Review Request from Reputation2. Open the Requests or Reviews tab.
3. Click Send Review Request.
4. Search for an existing contact or create a new contact.
5. Select how you’d like to send the request.
6. Review or edit the message template.
7. Send the request.
Option 2: Send a Review Request from Contacts
1. Navigate to Contacts.
2. Select the contact you would like to request a review from.
3. Click More.
4. Select Request Reviews.
5. Review or edit the message template.
6. Send the request.
Sending Requests to Multiple Contacts
You can also send review requests to multiple contacts at once.
1. Navigate to Contacts.
2. Select the checkbox beside each contact.
3. Click More.
4. Select Request Reviews.
5. Review or edit the message template.
6. Send the request.
Customizing Timing and Reminders
When sending review requests manually, you can customize how requests are delivered.
Depending on your preferences, you can:
- Send requests immediately
- Schedule requests for a later time
- Configure reminder frequency
- Choose how many reminder messages are sent

- Edit the message before sending

Requesting Reviews from Existing Patients
