Notifications
Get Reviews can alert you by email or text when new reviews or messages come in — so you’re never digging through the platform to find out what needs your attention.
Getting to Notification Settings
- Navigate to Settings → My Staff.
- Click the edit pencil next to your name.
- Select Notification Settings from the side column.
Review Notifications
Get notified every time a new review comes in — from Google, Facebook (if connected), or both. Choose email, text, or both for how you’re alerted.
Conversation Notifications
Choose exactly what you’re alerted about:
- All activity — every new conversation or message started with the account.
- Conversations assigned to you — when one gets assigned to you, and when it gets a new message.
- Conversations you’re following — new messages on any conversation where you’re a follower.
- Mentions — when you’re mentioned, and any new messages in a conversation where you were mentioned.
