How to Create a YouTube Playlist

The easiest way is through YouTube Studio or directly from a video.

Option 1: Create a Playlist from an Existing Video (Easiest)

  1. Sign in to YouTube.
  2. Open one of your videos.
  3. Click Save (below the video).
  4. Select + Create new playlist.
  5. Enter a playlist name (examples: “ADHD”, “Daily Adjustments”, “Headache Relief”).
  6. Choose the visibility:
    • Public – Recommended if you want patients to find it.
    • Unlisted – Only people with the link can view it.
    • Private – Only you can view it.

  7. Click Create.
  8. Repeat the Save process on your other videos and check the playlist you just created.

Option 2: Create a Playlist in YouTube Studio

  1. Go to https://studio.youtube.com/
  2. Click Content from the left menu.
  3. Select one or more videos.
  4. Click Edit → Playlist.
  5. Choose an existing playlist or create a new one.
  6. Save your changes.

Best Practices

  • Give each playlist a descriptive title.
    • ADHD and Chiropractic Care
    • Daily Adjustment Series
    • Headache Relief
    • Low Back Pain
    • Pregnancy Chiropractic
    • Pediatric Chiropractic

  • Add a keyword-rich description explaining what viewers will learn. This can help both YouTube and users understand the playlist.
  • Arrange the videos in a logical order if they build on one another. You can also organize the channel around the conditions and services you treat rather than just by date.
  • Use the playlist URL when sharing. Patients stay in the playlist and YouTube will automatically play the next related video, increasing engagement.
