Get Reviews lets you request feedback automatically or send requests yourself — whichever fits how you work.

Automated Review Requests
Most practices let this run on its own. When a new patient is added to your dashboard, they automatically enter your review request workflow and get a request by SMS, email, or both — depending on what contact info is on file.
This workflow is set up during onboarding and managed by our team. Want to change the timing, follow-up schedule, or other settings? Contact your Digital Marketing Specialist (DMS) or our Support Team.
Sending a Manual Review Request
Prefer to send requests yourself? You can request a review from one Contact or several at once, by SMS, email, or both — and edit the message or pick a template before sending.
Option 1: Send from Reputation- Navigate to Reputation.
- Open the Requests or Reviews tab.
- Click Send Review Request.
- Search for an existing contact or create a new contact.
- Choose how to send it, review the message, and send.
- Navigate to Contacts.
- Select one Contact, or check the box next to several to send in bulk.
- Click More → Request Reviews.
- Review or edit the message, then send.
Customizing Timing and Reminders
