Introducing the New Admin Settings Area in Your Dashboard
We’re excited to announce the launch of the Admin Settings section in your dashboard! Designed to give you more control and transparency, this area includes four key tabs: General Settings, Email Settings, Email Signoff, and Email PS Messages. Let’s explore what you can do in each tab:
1. General Settings
Manage foundational settings for your account:
- Daylight Savings Time: Enable or disable this feature as needed.
- Time Zone: Set your preferred time zone for scheduling and accuracy.
- Newsletter & Blog Preferences: Toggle the monthly newsletter and bi-weekly blog post emails on or off.
- Social Connection Status (Premium and above plans): Check if your account is connected to Facebook for seamless auto-posting of newsletters and blog posts.
2. Email Settings
Take control of your email communication:
- Enable/Disable Specific Emails: Choose which emails you’d like us to send on your behalf.
- Double Opt-In Emails: A popular feature for UK clients, ensuring subscribers have full control over their preferences.
- Visual Email Editor Defaults: Customize the default settings for our advanced email editor. Stay tuned for more details about this powerful tool!
- AI-Assisted Email Settings: Adjust how AI enhances your email campaigns.
3. Email Signoff
You asked, and we listened! Updating your email signoff has never been easier:
- Use the default signoff or select “Use Custom Signoff” from the dropdown menu.
- Once selected, you can edit your custom signoff and save your changes effortlessly.
4. Email PS Messages
Add a personal touch to your emails with custom PS messages:
- Include engaging Postscript (PS) messages to boost reader interaction and highlight offers or calls-to-action.
- Add, view, edit, or delete your PS messages directly from this tab.
